What do you do when you have;
- A new sewing table……
- 16 yards of fabric………..
- A few patterns………….
- Several notions…….
- And two children dying for their yearly candy haul?
You spend;
- One day cutting out the patterns……….
- Two days cutting out the fabric………….
- One day working on the serger…………….
- Seven days working on the sewing machine………….
- Sew through your finger with the sewing machine while above said children distract you with an argument of galactic proportions………. (long story, and the finger is fine, no doctor required)…….
- Three days hand sewing………..
And you get;
Darth Vader and Princess Leia
Just look at my little hams!
I hope everyone had a happy and safe All Hallows Eve!

Unbelievable! I just posted, complete with a link to you – and there you are! I’m so glad you made it back to blogland!
You did a terrific job sewing those costumes…and your kids look so cute. Making good memories is even worth a sewn finger, eh?
Love ya!–>
