I probably won’t be online or posting very much over the next several days, depending on my mood/state of mind. Nick had a rough afternoon at school and an even worse afternoon when he came home. I don’t really feel like going into details right now, but Nick clearly became a danger to others to the point where I needed some outside help. I’m a little shaken right now, he hasn’t had an episode quite this bad in four years. The short version is Nick had to be taken from the home by police officers and is being transported for a 72 hour hold for observation. He did not hurt anyone, but had some very aggressive and violent behavior and needs to be evaluated to see if he may need a change in medication.

I will be posting the pattern tomorrow for those of you who have been so patient and excited to see what it is. It is finished, except for the photo, which will be done tomorrow morning. Right now I just am not up to taking that photo. Sydney is a little shaken up by everything and really just needs me to pay attention to her.

I will be checking my email periodically. I know that all of you will keep us, and especially Nick, in your thoughts, prayers and good energies. As I said, Nick didn’t hurt anyone, and we are all fine, just a little shaken for the moment. So please, don’t worry about us. We are okay.
